Return policy for consumers and business customers

www.slushsiroop.nl is part of a company that has existed since 1982.

If you want to achieve such a long business life, you must be clear with your customers. Consumers have the right to think for 14 days whether they want to keep their purchase or to cancel the agreement. This is European legislation.

However, this legislation has some exceptions. For example, for hygienic reasons, you may not return certain products. Think of underwear, bandages, etc. You may also not return food products with an expiry date. This is for food safety reasons.

Slush syrup and milkshake syrup are food products and therefore cannot be returned. As a consumer, you may return disposables such as cups and straws.
